Jack is a multi-generational lender and especially enjoys working with 62+ aging adult homeowners. Jack Benke acquired a number of professional disciplines over the years and puts them to work for his clients everyday.  Jack spent 22+ years in the construction industry 1969-1991.  Jack took the opportunity in 1991 to make a career change.  Jack attended St Thomas University under their "Parents on Campus Program" and majored in Economics from 1991-1995.  Jack founded Home Mortgage of Minnesota, Inc. in 1999 - 2013.  In 2000, Jack obtained a Real Estate Brokers license in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida in 2002.  Jack joined Spectra Home Mortgage, Inc. in 2013, and holds the Minnesota Mortgage Professional MMP designation.  Jack is Mortgage Loan Originator and is a Reverse Mortgage Program Specialist.

As a former Registered Representative Series 24, 7 , 66, financial adviser, retirement and business planner from 2005 to 2013, Jack can work with your financial, legal, and other professionals to help you navigate the financial challenges of aging, and stay independent in a home of your choosing. Jack is a former licensed building contractor in MN and WI, and has many years of experience in the building industry as a new home and remodeling contractor.  Jack no longer does any building or remodeling.
